1.Application

In order to improve the safety level of electrical circuits and reduce electrical fire accident, especially in case of fire , guarantee the smooth flow of electric power and communication in a certain period of time, to maximize the value of time, to reduce casualties and loss of life and property. After some years of exploration and research, Company introduce and absorb the mature technology from domestic and abroad, and developed the ceramic silicone rubber fireproof cable. The products have the following excellent characteristics.
a) High temperature resistance: The cable is silicone insulation in the conventional form, when the high temperature combustion, silicone sintered ceramic, form a hard ceramic armored, to protect the line smoothly, can play the role of fire prevention, heat insulation, water isolation and earthquake. The fire resistance grade can reach the highest level of CWZ of UK BS8491-2008、BS6387-2015.(C is burning 3 hours in the fire at 950℃, W is spray, Z is vibration)
b) High flexibility: good bending performance and convenient installation.
c) Environmental: no halogen, no heavy metal, non-toxic, tasteless, not produce harm to human body and environment.

3.Using Features
The long-term working temperature of conductor should be not more than 90oC.
The minimum bending radius of cable laying: unarmored single core cable is 20D, steel tape armored single core cable is 15D, interlocking armored single core cable is 7D; unarmored three core cable is 15D, steel tape armored three core cable is 12D, interlocking armored three core cable is 7D.
